Your trade clients' admin chaos lands on your desk

Every January it arrives the same way — the shoebox, the missing invoices, the receipts photographed at midnight. We run the back office that stops the shoebox forming. You keep everything that needs your licence.

01 · CLEANER HANDOVERS

Documents collected and organised as they happen — the year-end scramble becomes a monthly handover pack you can actually use.

02 · HAPPIER CLIENTS

Your client gets a running back office — quotes chased, invoices out, evenings back. You get the credit for pointing them at it.

03 · NOTHING YOURS MOVES

We never do the accounts. Tax, VAT, filings, advice and sign-off stay exactly where they are — with you. Preparation and collection only.

How a referral runs

  • You point — the client runs our free mini-audit, or you introduce us directly. Either way, no obligation on them.
  • We map — a fixed-fee diagnostic shows the client where their week goes. You see the same map if they share it.
  • We run — a supervised desk takes over the named workflows — including the document collection that currently lands on you in January.
  • You review — your client stays your client. If we ever drift toward work that's yours, the boundary card says we stop.

What we tell your client

"Your accountant still signs everything off." That's the line — repeated on our boundaries page, in the engagement paperwork, and on the lane that touches their records. Their professional relationships stay exactly as they are.

The boundary

No accountancy, no tax, no bookkeeping sign-off, no advice — preparation and collection only. Where a client's needs are really yours, the referral comes back to you, not the other way round.

Referral terms: agreed per practice in writing before any introduction. We never receive client records through you — access is granted by the client directly, under their own contract. No fees change hands without a written agreement; data transfers stay inside the client's own systems wherever possible.

Data handling at a glance

  • Where records live — inside the client's own systems: their email, their drive, their accounting software. We work in their stack; we don't hold a copy of their books.
  • Access — granted by the client directly, in writing, scoped per workflow. Never routed through your practice, never broader than the named lane.
  • This website — forms run through Cloudflare Pages and Resend, the only processors that touch a submission. No cookies, no trackers, no analytics on visitors.
  • UK GDPR — full rights including subject access are set out on our privacy page; the Article 14 flow for data we hold about individuals is at employment verification.
  • Retention & deletion — defined per engagement in the written contract, not improvised.

Have a client this describes?

The easiest introduction is the mini-audit — five minutes, free, and it shows the client their own numbers before anyone talks packages. Referral arrangements are agreed per practice — tell us how you'd like it to work.
