What we don't do — read this first
A managed service is only trustworthy if its edges are explicit. These are ours — they don't move, and they're part of the product, not fine print.
Regulated work stays regulated
- No issuing, signing or advising on certificates — Gas Safe, EICR or otherwise. Your engineer keeps that job.
- No tax filing, VAT returns or regulated submissions — your accountant signs off, always.
- No formal debt collection or legal action — we chase politely and schedule-escalate; we don't litigate.
Not a staffing model
- No people-supply arrangements — you buy a managed service with defined outcomes, not a person on your payroll or ours doing your direction.
- No recruitment or staff leasing — the team is supervised by us and accountable to a service level, not managed by you.
- No off-the-books work — everything runs under a UK contract with a named contact.
Why boundaries are the product
Every boundary exists because a professional already owns that risk — your Gas Safe engineer, your accountant, your solicitor. The managed service wraps around them: we run the admin so their regulated work happens on time, with the paperwork ready. When something needs a licence, we hand it to the licence-holder — and that's written into every engagement, not implied.
