Terms of service

Website use. This website and its tools are provided for general information. Calculator outputs are arithmetic on your own inputs plus published statistics — they are estimates for discussion, not quotations, valuations, or professional advice.

Services. Engagements are governed by individual service agreements — master services agreement plus statement of work — signed before any work begins. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance until scope, price and terms are agreed in writing.

Availability. We aim for accuracy in everything published here; where a figure is provisional or evidence is still being gathered, we say so on the page.

Business use. Our services are provided to businesses (B2B) — they are not consumer services, and consumer-protection cancellation rights do not apply to engagement contracts.

Not an employment agency. Optimize Manager provides managed services under contract; it does not supply staff for hire, place candidates, or act as an employment agency or umbrella employer. Your relationship is with the service, under its own agreement.

Scope boundary. What we do and explicitly do not do is set out on our boundaries page, which forms part of these terms for website purposes.

Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, to the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or its tools; engagement liability is set in each service agreement.

Governing law. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
