Managed by Optimize Manager
The site you just left? We run it.
That footer credit is earned work, not an ad — sites like calcLK run on our desk: hosting, security, updates, content and monitoring, handled end to end. Your site can run the same way. One managed service, one fixed monthly fee, nothing left to chance.

Running on this desk right now

Every one of these is hosted, secured, updated and monitored by the same desk that would run yours — a supervised UK–Sri Lanka team under one UK contract, with a named contact, a written runbook, and cover when someone's off.
Everything the site needs. Nothing you need to think about.
Six lanes, one desk. The exact scope for your site is written down in the takeover document before anything changes.
HOSTING · DNS · SSL
It stays fast and it stays up
Edge hosting, domain and DNS management, certificate renewals — the plumbing that quietly expires when nobody owns it. We own it.
SECURITY & UPDATES
Patched before it's a headline
Dependencies, framework updates, firewall rules, backups with restore checks — done on a schedule, not after something breaks.
MONITORING
1,440 checks a day
Uptime, key pages, forms that actually deliver — every minute, day and night. A failure at 3am lands on our desk first, before it reaches your customers.
CONTENT & CHANGES
Send it. It ships.
New copy, new pages, images, a campaign landing page — no waiting on "the web guy". Changes go through a queue, with working-day turnaround.
SEARCH & SPEED
Findable, and fast
Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, structured data, sitemap and index health — the site stays quick and keeps earning its traffic.
FORMS & LEADS
Enquiries that arrive
Contact forms, quote forms, newsletter capture — delivered, spam-filtered and routed to a person. A silent form is a lost customer.
Three steps. Then it's just handled.
01 · HAND OVER
We audit before we touch
You grant access your way. We map the current stack, take a baseline and write the runbook — nothing changes until it's documented.
02 · WE RUN IT
A rhythm, not a reaction
Weekly checks, scheduled updates, queued changes — and when something does break, it gets worked when it happens, not next Monday.
03 · YOU SEE IT
One plain-English report
Uptime, what shipped, what we recommend next — monthly, in writing. You stay the owner; we carry the work.
Around the clock, honestly
Your site doesn't keep office hours. Its management shouldn't either.
Checks never sleep
Uptime, forms, SSL and key journeys are checked every minute — nights, weekends, holidays.
Alerts reach us first
When something breaks, the alert lands with the desk in priority order — worked before your customers notice, not after they tell you.
Humans keep their word
A named contact replies within one business day, and the escalation route for urgent issues is agreed in writing before we take over.
Built for the sites nobody owns
The pattern is the same everywhere: the site matters, nobody's job is the site, and it slowly drifts. We make it somebody's job — ours.
Content & affiliate sites
Traffic is the asset — monitoring, speed and search hygiene protect it. That's the calcLK model.
Small-business sites
The brochure site that's quietly three years out of date — kept current, kept secure, kept earning.
Landing pages & microsites
Campaign pages that need to ship fast and stay fast — scoped, launched, watched.
The abandoned build
The developer moved on, the site didn't. We take it over, stabilize it, and run it properly.
Fair questions
What does "managed" actually cover?
Everything that keeps a site alive: hosting, DNS and SSL, security patches, dependency updates, backups with restore checks, content and page changes, form and lead handling, and monitoring that runs every minute of every day. The exact scope is written down before we take over — nothing assumed, nothing implied.
Do I still own my site?
Completely. Your domain, your content, your accounts — they all stay in your name. We work under least-privilege access you grant, and the handover is documented so you could take it back at any point. Ownership is never part of the deal.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Yes — that is most takeovers. Static sites, WordPress, Astro and custom stacks all fit. We audit the current stack first and say honestly if anything sits outside scope, before you commit to anything.
How fast do changes ship?
Routine changes ship inside agreed working windows — typically a couple of working days. A broken site or a failed form is not routine: incidents jump the queue and get worked when they happen.
What does it cost?
One fixed monthly fee, scoped to your site and quoted in writing once we've looked at it. No per-ticket invoices, no hourly surprises — we don't publish a price we can't stand behind.
Is this a freelancer or an agency?
Neither. A managed service means a supervised team with a runbook and cover built in — you buy the outcome, not a person to manage or an agency to chase. When your named contact is off, the work still happens.
